岗位职责：
1、参与大模型训练、微调、数据的清洗、筛选、构建与质量评估，提升数据质量和多样性
2、参与机器学习、深度学习模型的开发、训练与优化工作，使用Python实现数据处理、特征工程和算法原型，协助完成算法模型的部署与工程化落地
3、与产品及其他技术团队紧密合作，推动算法在实际场景中的应用
4、编写技术文档，维护算法相关的代码和模型。

任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，计算机、数学、统计学、人工智能等相关专业；
2、扎实的数学基础：线性代数、概率论与数理统计、微积分
3、1-3年算法相关工作经验；
4、精通Python编程，熟悉NumPy、Pandas、Scikit-learn等常用库
5、了解数据结构与算法，具备良好的代码规范意识
6、良好的沟通协作能力，能够跨团队有效配合，具备较强的学习能力和技术热情。
