职位描述：
1. 加入效率工程部，负责网易数据平台应用的研发和迭代；
2. 重点关注系统并发性能、可靠性等方面，解决系统开发技术难点，参与架构持续升级；
3. 关注互联网热点技术的发展方向，能够提出、评估并应用新技术；
4. 参与新系统需求分析与讨论，并提出技术可行性方案。

职位要求：
1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，至少3年及以上项目开发经验，扎实的技术理论基础，数据结构以及算法等；
2、精通 JAVA 语言，精通 Spring 全家桶， mybatis 等，熟悉 redis , kafaka , es 等中间件使用，熟悉 spring cloud 微服务开发，熟悉各组件的使用及原理；
3、熟练使用 MySQL 数据库，熟悉网络和关系型数据库的应用与优化；
4、熟悉 linux 操作系统，熟练掌握常用的开发、部署和维护命令；
5、了解DDD领域驱动设计开发，有具体项目实践经验优先；
6、对新技术保持热情，持续学习并乐于分享，勇于技术创新与技术改进；
7、具备良好的沟通能力，积极主动、自驱力强，有强烈的团队意识和执行力
8、具备丰富的数据平台、报表引擎等相关业务开发经验者优先。
