1.集成电路、微电子、电力电子等相关专业，本科及以上学历，具有一年以上工作经验；
2.CET4级以上，并具备良好的英语读写能力；
3.熟悉器件模型，器件参数、熟悉CMOS/BICMOS/BCD基本器件结构；
4.了解IC线路与版图设计流程和制造工艺；
5.有电源类，如DC-DC或AC-DC经验优先 ;
6.具备较强的文档撰写和审核能力、独立分析和解决问题的能力；
7.具备较强的实际操作能力，能够完成芯片相关的实验任务;
8.工作态度严谨，有良好的沟通能力、表达能力和团队协作能力
