岗位职责
1、协助公司核心AI+CNC智能制造系统、工业SaaS或内部核心业务平台的后端架构设计与开发。
2、理解业务需求，参与系统需求分析，协助完成功能模块化设计，编写高质量、易维护的代码。
3、协助核心代码编写，解决系统开发、运行中出现的各种技术难题，保证系统的高可用性、高并发和高稳定性。
4、与前端团队、算法团队高效协同，协助制定并优化接口规范，保障数据链路的顺畅交互。
5、参与编写相关的技术设计文档，协助进行线上系统的日常维护和性能优化。

任职要求
1、学历及经验：本科及以上学历，计算机或相关专业；
2、核心技术栈： Java基础扎实，熟练JVM原理、并发编程、网络编程；熟练掌握Spring Boot、Spring Cloud、MyBatis等主流开源框架及微服务架构。
3、数据库与缓存：熟练MySQL等关系型数据库，具备优秀的SQL编写及调优能力；熟练使用Redis、Memcached等主流缓存技术。
4、中间件：熟悉Kafka、RabbitMQ或RocketMQ等消息中间件的应用及原理。
5、行业背景（关键项）：之前从事过智能制造、软硬件结合相关业务线后端经历优先。
6、综合素质：具备较强的逻辑思维能力、业务抽象能力；沟通表达清晰，富有责任心和创业拼搏精神，能够自我驱动并拥抱变化。
