Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, implement BMS, EMS systems fpharmaceutical projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards regulatory requirements.
- Lead oversee the commissioning Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) of BMS/EMS systems to ensure proper installation, functionality, performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, architects, contractors, to integrate control systems overall project designs.
- Conduct detailed analysis of system requirements specifications to ensure optimal system performance energy efficiency.
- Provide technical support troubleshooting expertise during the commissioning operational phases of projects.
- Develop maintain comprehensive documentation, including design specifications, commissioning protocols, test plans, operational manuals.
- Ensure peak workload management during the design site commissioning stages, delivering projects on time within budget.
- Stay current with advancements in control/automation technologies industry best practices, applying this knowledge to improve system designs processes.
- Train support end-users maintenance teams on the operation maintenance of BMS/EMS systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Control Systems, Automation, a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in BMS/EMS design commissioning within international pharmaceutical projects.
- In-depth knowledge of BMS, EMS systems, including design principles, components, software.
- Proven experience in the commissioning Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) of complex control systems.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage peak workloads during critical project stages.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements industry standards fpharmaceutical projects.
