6.维护与院长、科室主任、采购负责人等关键决策人的长期关系，挖掘二次购买及耗材复购机会。
7.严格遵守所在国医疗器械法规及公司合规政策，确保销售行为透明可追溯。
任职资格：
1.本科及以上学历，生物医学工程、临床医学、市场营销、英语等相关专业优先。
2.2~5年医疗器械/医疗设备海外销售经验，有激光、医美、皮肤科设备背景者优先。
3.英语流利，能独立完成英文演讲及商务谈判。
4.熟悉CRM系统及销售漏斗管理；具备基础医学知识（皮肤生理学或临床应用）。
5.出色的沟通谈判能力、抗压能力；有海外留学或驻外经历者加分。
