3、在抖音、小红书等平台寻找合适的达人展开合作，为平台带来精准目标用户、提升品牌影响力；4、用增长黑客的精神在达人投放中挖掘出流量洼地，保持对新渠道的洞察，擅于抓住新机会；
5、与媒体、社团、KOL等建立合作伙伴关系，完成各种媒介资源的拓展以及免费资源交换合作，深挖媒介合作模式，跟进合作过程并对合作效果进行评估。
任职要求：
1、大专以上学历，3年以上相关经验；
2、有丰富的MCN、博主、KOL资源者；
3、在达人拓展领域过往有帮助公司带来突破性增长的案例，有大量KOL资源／MCN机构网红孵化成功经验者的优先；
4、内容和热点的敏感度高，熟悉各社交媒体的内容偏好和分发逻辑，有清晰可落地的方法论和成功实操案例；
5、性格开朗、沟通谈判能力、拓展能力强，有强烈的使命感和自我驱动，抗压能力强；
