岗位职责：
1、负责FA产品相关的设计、开发、验证及技术支持工作；
2、负责FA产线的部署与工作安排；
3、制定FA产品相关等产品的工艺流程，优化制程良率；
4、新设备、原材料的认证及筛选；
5、工艺流程、工艺文件制作，FEMA分析、失效品分析；
6、新产品小批量验证与转产。
岗位要求：
1、本科及以上学历，特别优秀可放宽；
2、具备3年及以上FA、MT产品相关工作经验，熟练掌握产品研发生产工艺，熟悉新产品开发流程；
3、有保偏FA及MT设计开发项目经验者优先；
4、熟练使用3D和2D软件，如 Pro-E, Solid Works , Auto-CAD；
5、具有较强的文字表达能力和客户沟通能力，能熟练使用WORD,EXCEL,PPT；
6、具有较强的学习能力与工作热情，可以承受较强的工作压力；
