职责描述：
1、参与建立并持续完善公司注射剂质量体系：包括SOP、工艺规程、质量标准等规范性质量保证体系文件，使之符合法规要求和公司要求。
2、组织实施GMP工作，确保公司的产品在相应的法律法规要求下进行生产和经营。参与起草、审核与质量相关的SOP，指导、协调、检查研发生产各环节各部门是否严格执行规定的职责和程序。
3、审核成品检验记录及批生产记录，开具放行审核单，并依次提交给质保部经理、质量负责人进行审核，*终负责递交至质量受权人进行成品放行；
4、对生产现场进行日常监督检查；按照工艺要求对生产过程进行监控；
5、负责中间产品、原辅料、包装材料放行单据的审核；
6、负责监督和配合生产现场的偏差调查，参与其他相关的偏差调查和评估；
7、按照质量分析会要求提供会议材料；
8、参加GMP自查，并对自检缺陷进行整改跟踪；
9、负责现场QA的日常考核，按照要求提交日总结、周总结、月度总结及计划；
10、负责现场QA的培训工作；对新入职的现场QA进行岗前培训及考核；
11、按时完成上级领导交办的其他临时性工作。
任职要求：
1、学历：药学、化学、化工、生物工程、化学工程类相关专业本科及以上学历；
2、工作经验：具备3年及以上的药品质量管理工作经验；具备3年及以上注射剂生产过程质量监督工作经验者优先；熟悉无菌注射剂生产过程质量监管关键控制点，有参与过一致性评价现场检查经验者优先
3、专业知识与技能：熟悉GMP、中国及美欧药品监管法规，熟悉质量管理要求；具有较强的质量管理原则；
