岗位说明
1、负责阳光招采系统、农村产权交易平台、农事服务平台、土流网及中化油项目等平台的全栈开发与交付工作；
2、参与业务需求评审，负责系统架构设计与数据库建模，基于SpringCloud微服务框架开发高可用的后端业务逻辑、RESTful接口及服务治理组件，同时基于Vue框架完成前端页面搭建、组件封装、路由权限控制及状态管理；
3、针对各平台核心场景进行功能实现，并完成与第三方系统的集成对接；
4、负责全链路性能优化与故障排查，编写单元测试与集成测试，确保系统安全、稳定、高效运行，并持续迭代优化现有功能。
任职要求
1、计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，5年以上全栈开发经验；
2、具备扎实的Java基础，精通SpringBoot、SpringCloud微服务生态，熟悉MySQL优化、Redis缓存、消息队列及分布式事务方案；
3、熟悉Vue2/3全家桶及Element-Plus等UI框架，熟练使用Vite/Webpack工程化工具；
4、具备强烈的业务理解能力，能快速将涉农招投标、产权流转、农业服务或能源供应链领域的业务需求转化为高效的技术实现；
5、有农村产权交易、农业信息化或ERP、供应链项目经验者优先；
6、具备良好的沟通协调能力、代码规范意识，能够独立完成全链路问题排查。
