岗位职责：
1、参与公司数字化转型相关业务系统的需求分析和架构设计，负责核心功能模块的独立开发与实现；
2、负责独立站、第三方平台、ERP系统的对接和集成工作，具备多系统数据同步的开发经验；
3、负责智能硬件产品的后端功能开发，优化系统性能，提升稳定性和效率；
4、编写高质量的技术文档，包括接口说明、技术规范等，确保项目过程的规范性和可维护性；
5、快速定位并解决系统缺陷、性能瓶颈等问题，保障系统高效稳定运行。

任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，具备5年以上后端开发经验；
2、精通Spring Boot、Spring Cloud、MyBatis等主流开发框架，具备微服务架构及高并发系统的设计与开发经验者优先；
3、熟练掌握MySQL、Oracle等数据库，具备SQL优化能力；
4、熟悉Redis、消息队列（如RabbitMQ、Kafka等）等常用中间件，具备调优经验；
5、熟悉常见物联网协议（如MQTT、Modbus、TCP等），具备相关开发经验；
6、具备优秀的沟通能力，善于分析并解决问题，有较强的团队合作精神。
