3.与客户沟通，跟踪项目的运行状况，及时接收客户反馈信息，提供售后技术支持，并定期提供报告；
4.针对客户的问题，提供远程和现场技术支持（规格书、通讯协议、远程连接等）；
5.负责对区域.客户的技术培训工作；
6.传感器新功能开发测试、通讯测试等。
任职资格：
1.本科以上学历，自动化控制、计算机、机电一体化等相关专业毕业；
2.具有较强的沟通表达、协调能力和分析判断能力，良好的人际关系处理能力，具有团队协作精神。
3.能适应一定短期高频的出差工作；
加分项：
1.能看懂EtherCAT、UDP、ModbusTCP、RS485通讯协议。
2.对工业协作机器人、力觉传感器等有丰富的技术支持经验。
