7、有较强的表达沟通能力，工作责任心强，良好的沟通和团队协作能力；
8、积极主动，执行能力与抗压能力强，能胜任重复性的工作和能快速融入工作环境。
任职要求：
1、5年以上开发经验
2、本岗位负责公司自有产品的开发与迭代
3、对产品人员的设计进行评审，判断产品设计的可行性及预估开发成本；
4、根据产品设计进行功能开发，对功能质量负责；
5、对已有产品功能进行功能改进或性能优化；
6、对负责产品的开发、测试服务器进行基础运维；
7、配合测试人员修改问题，提升软件质量；
8、对产品设计及技术提出优化改进意见。
