4、有分布式事务实战经验，有分库分表处理经验，有过中间件开发或底层研发经验加分；
5、深入理解sharding-jdbc底层原理，精通Elasticsearch检索，spring cloud常用组件底层原理，性能优化经验，丰富的MySQL调优经验；
6、深刻理解企业应用设计模式，有大型分布式，高并发，高负载，高可用性系统设计开发经验优先；
7、具有丰富的平台型电商履约全流程开发经验，熟悉相关领域业务能力突出者优先；
8、有企业线上线下交互系统、OMS/WMS、ERP、MES、TMS、智能驾驶应用、AI智能体及应用等后端开发经验者优先；
