• 设计并实现注重可靠性、可扩展性和可维护性的后端模块。
• 主导后端服务的容器化（Docker）和编排（Kubernetes）工作。
• 搭建并维护监控（Prometheus、Grafana）和日志（ELK）体系。
• 优化系统性能，排查生产环境问题。
• 与开发和测试团队协作，保障 CI/CD 和部署流程顺畅。
• 参与需求讨论，提出基础设施和运维相关建议。
任职要求
• 计算机相关专业本科及以上学历。
• 5 年及以上后端开发经验，精通 Python 或 Go。
• 熟练掌握 Docker、Kubernetes 及云原生部署。
• 熟练使用监控与日志工具（Prometheus、Grafana、ELK）。
• 熟悉消息队列、Redis 及数据库优化。
• 具备优秀的问题排查、自动化和脚本能力。
• 具备良好的沟通与跨团队协作能力。
• 英文可作为工作语言，用于跨团队技术交流、文档编写和项目协调。

• 有高并发、分布式平台经验者优先。
