一、岗位职责：
1、负责根据产品需求和开发计划，完成软件模块的设计、编码与实现；
2、高效、高质量完成代码编写，保障各版本软件产品按时交付；
3、参与系统架构设计及性能优化，具备一定的需求分析和单元测试能力，确保代码质量和系统稳定性。

二、任职要求：
1、计算机相关专业本科及以上学历；
2、具备扎实的面向对象分析与设计能力，有系统架构设计经验者优先；
3、精通面向对象设计原则，熟悉常用设计模式并能灵活运用于实际开发；
4、精通微服务架构及相关技术，如SpringBoot、SpringCloud、Zookeeper，熟悉分布式锁等机制；
5、熟悉分布式系统中缓存、消息队列、负载均衡等常见组件的原理与应用，有高并发、高可用系统开发经验者优先；
6、具备扎实的Java编程基础，熟悉多线程、数据结构等核心知识，了解JDK新特性及Lambda表达式等现代语法；
7、熟悉Linux操作系统，具备Linux环境下的开发和部署经验者优先。
