岗位职责：
1、负责数据仓库相关系统的设计、开发和维护工作，保障数据模型的合理性与效率；
2、使用Java及相关技术进行ETL（Extract-Transform-Load）流程的开发，实现数据的抽取、清洗、加载；
3、与数据分析团队配合，理解业务需求，设计和实现对应的数据处理方案；
4、优化现有数据处理流程，提升系统性能与稳定性；
5、编写高质量的代码，进行单元测试，确保软件的可靠性；
6、参与数据仓库架构设计，提供技术方案建议；
7、进行系统的日常维护与故障排查，确保数据仓库的稳定运行。

职位要求：

1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业优先；
2、5年以上Java开发经验，有数据仓库/大数据项目经验者优先；
3、熟悉关系型数据库（如MySQL、Oracle等），掌握SQL优化技巧；
4、熟悉数据仓库相关技术（如Hadoop、Spark、Hive、HDFS、Kafka等）优先；
5、熟悉ETL流程设计与实现，了解常用的ETL工具（如DataStage、Informatica、Apache NiFi等）；
6、具备良好的编码习惯，热爱技术，善于学习新技术；
7、具有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。

加分项：
1、有实时数仓（如 Flink + Hudi/Iceberg）或数据湖架构实践经验；
2、熟悉 OLAP 引擎（Doris/ClickHouse/StarRocks）或列式存储优化；
3、了解数据治理工具（Apache Atlas、DataHub）或数据质量管理；
4、了解python；
5、有大规模数据处理经验。
