主要职责
1. 负责制定公司各项安全、环保、职业健康相关管理制度；
2. 负责安全、环保、消防、危化品的各项申报工作，接待应急管理局、公安局、派出所、环保局、卫健委等相关政府部门的检查工作，参加政府组织的各项会议及培训；
3. 协助主要负责人处理安全与环境的突发事件和事故，并与相关部门进行事故调查与评价；
4. 新员工入厂三级教育培训中的厂级安全教育培训；负责承包商的入场培训及现场的管理；
5. 定期开展安全检查、安全教育、安全活动，排查隐患并督促整改；
6. 组织安全培训及应急演练，建立安全生产管理制度和应急预案；
7. 监督危化品存储、废弃物处理、特种气体等特殊环节的合规操作；
8. 根据公司战略要求和业务发展，负责公司新、改、扩、建项目的安全“三同时”（即安全设施同时设计、同时施工、同时投入使用）、环评、职评等工作，确保获得批准和批复；
9. 厂务环安经理安排的其它工作；

职位要求
1.大专及以上学历；安全科学与工程、应急技术与管理专业优先；
2.注册安全工程师、注册消防工程师优先；
3.熟悉安全生产类法律法规，具备风险识别与管控能力；
4.及时了解和掌握国家有关安全生产、环境保护、职业健康等的相关法规；
5. 熟练使用办公软件（WORD、EXCEL、PPT）；
6. 三年以上半导体集成电路和新能源行业EHS管理经验；
