1.负责设计VR应用中的U1、场景、视效、动画；
2.根据需求建立三维场景原型、建模三维人物/物体、绘制UI元素、制作相关动画，提供素材资源；
3.负责常用Shader的开发和优化、优化渲染管线、提升美术效果；
4.负责优化美术设计的技术实现性，达到视觉效果和运行性能的统一兼顾。
任职要求：
1.有较好的审美能力，思维灵活，具有创新精神；
2.熟悉Unity及特效/Shader开发相关知识优先；
3.有3D美术基础，理解场景表现与特效实现原理；
4.具备XR商业应用落地项目者优先；
5.对XR/大空间项目视觉表现优化有兴趣。
