任职要求：
1、熟练掌握国家消防相关法律、法规、规范和标准，并于现场实际结合运用于现场；
2、熟悉各大消防系统硬件、软件设备设施及其工作原理；
3、熟练掌握各消防设施的检查标准及保养、操作要求；
4、良好的沟通和表达能力，具备消防培训、演练、检查、活动等组织、策划能力；
5、具备主动思考、分析、查阅资料等并提出解决问题方案的能力；
6、较强的文字功底能力，能够独自编写消防培训课件、消防相关报告、演练方案、活动方案等能力；
7、具有和政府监管部门对接经验优先。
