岗位职责：
1、成本核算与分析
负责原料药/中间体生产全流程的成本核算（包括原材料、人工、制造费用等），确保成本数据的准确性和及时性。
建立和完善成本核算体系，优化成本分摊方法，确保符合行业特点及会计准则。
定期分析成本差异（标准成本 vs. 实际成本），识别异常波动并提出改进建议。
2、业务支持与决策
深入生产环节，了解工艺、BOM（物料清单）、能耗等关键成本驱动因素，为生产部门提供成本优化方案。
参与新产品成本测算，支持定价策略和盈利分析。
协助业务部门制定降本增效目标，并跟踪执行效果。
3、预算与预测
牵头编制年度成本预算，监控预算执行情况，定期反馈偏差分析。
滚动更新成本预测模型，支持管理层动态决策。
4、跨部门协作
与生产、采购、仓储等部门紧密合作，确保成本数据来源的准确性（如工时记录、物料消耗等）。
协同供应链团队分析原材料价格波动对成本的影响，提出采购策略建议。
5、系统与流程优化
推动成本管理信息化（如ERP系统优化），提升数据自动化处理能力。
制定和完善成本相关制度和流程，确保内控合规。
任职要求：
1.本科及以上学历，财务、会计、税务等相关专业，持有中级会计师优先。
2. 工作经验3年以上成本会计或成本分析经验，必须具有原料药、中间体、医药化工或精细化工行业背景，熟悉GMP环境下的成本管理。
3.熟悉生产制造企业的成本核算方法（如分批法、分步法），具备标准成本体系搭建经验。
4.有ERP系统（如金蝶、用友）成本模块实操经验。
5. 精通Excel（数据透视、VLOOKUP等）和财务分析工具（Power BI/Tableau加分）。
6.逻辑清晰，具备从财务数据中发现业务问题的能力，并能推动解决方案落地。
