1. 与香港同事进行需求沟通，以确保交付的产品符合用户需求；
2. 理解需求文档，根据项目开发计划，独立完成功能模块的开发；
3. 遵循编码标准、质量标准、安全标准并以此为根据进行开发与测试；
4. 功能模块的文档编写；
5. 发现问题及时反馈, 确认解决方案，并落实改进措施；
6. 为1-2名初级程序员提供技术支持；
7. 听从上级的安排,参与技术研究。
职位要求
1. 3年及以上的开发工作经验；
2. 大专以上学历，软件工程或计算机等相关专业；
3. 技术知识: 熟练掌握Java, Groovy，Python
4. 熟练使用至少一种应用服务器，如Tomcat、Jboss、 Weblogic、Websphere、Nginx；
5. 熟悉大型数据库技术，至少精通Oracle、MySQL、SQL Server数据库中的一种；
6. 编程基础扎实，熟练掌握SpringCloud，SpringBoot，Mybatis等开源框架；
7. 良好的沟通、表达及协调能力；
8. 具有一定的英文资料阅读能力，能用英语进行工作交流为佳；
9. 粤语听、说技能者优先；
10. 能承受工作压力，责任心强，具备良好团队合作精神。
