3. 协助市场销售人员开发新市场、新客户等，并进行技术支持及方案准备，处理及反馈客户端质量投诉，配合相关部门进行有效处理；
4. 分析同业竞争对手及产品特质，协助进行公司新产品定义及立项工作；客户端应用方案的收集与汇总，分析、完善、优化本公司产品应用方面的不足；
5. 从技术角度分析客户需求，判别客户设计的难点，通过技术层面的沟通和知识分享与客户建立良好的伙伴关系，并整理出相关报告；
6. 定期进行代理商、客户产品知识与应用培训，参与各类展会、推广会、发布会等。
