岗位职责：
1、负责嵌入式功率芯片PCB layout设计，材料选型，工艺路线设计以及供应链开发和PCB 工厂对接；
2、负责开发嵌入式功率芯片PCB板组装工艺以及与水冷板焊接工艺、压合工艺。
3、负责嵌入式芯片可靠性验证试验以及耐久测试后失效分析。
4、负责印刷电路板的新工艺和新材料导入验证，生产评估以及可靠性验证。
5、负责逆变器/大功率电源产品layout设计，负责指导外包工程师的layout工作。
6、负责依据IPC各类规范和检验标准，结合工厂实际制程能力制定PCB layout设计规范和check list。依据IEC60664/ISO26262等标准，制定并负责PCB板上及周边的安规距离要求。
7、负责PCBA的可靠性研究，以及焊点寿命方面的研究。
8、负责PCBA相关成熟工艺的导入和测试要求，以及验收标准。负责PCBA新型工艺研究和导入，并制定导入标准。

岗位要求：
1、本科以上学历；
2、电气工程及其自动化、电子技术等相关专业背景；
3、熟悉各类PCB板的layout要求，并制定PCB layout设计规范和检查标准，以及安规标准；
4、有独立思考能力，积极主动；
5、能接受上海无锡两地办公。
