【岗位职责】
1.负责公司产品及相关衍生产品的市场分析、产品调研分析、同类产品研究，进行产品规划、需求分析和设计工作；
2.研究产品发展动态和行业动态，收集竞争对手信息，对同行业产品进行监控，把握市场*新动态；
3.制定产品需求计划，进行可行性分析和概要设计，撰写用户需求说明书，负责需求的跟踪和控制；
4.负责产品原型和交互界面设计，研究用户体验的趋势，不断优化用户体验；
5.负责协调、确保开发团队完全理解需求，监控产品线进度和质量，把控需求，控制变更，协调进度，并对成果物进行验收；
6.负责协调各关联产品的合作，确保对相关业务部门的支撑。
【任职要求】
1、 3年以上互联网产品的规划及产品设计经验，房地产领域或知名互联⽹网公司背景优先；有会员营销、会员增长等C端系统产品规划经验或房产物业信息化、酒店旅游等行业背景优先；
2、优秀的业务沟通和理解能力，出色的产品规划能力，主导产品线的方向和制定⻓期规划，并可拆分为短期可实施落地方案；
3、有⼀定运营思维和数据思维，能够根据收集到的运营数据反推产品，完成产品的进⼀步优化迭代；
4、自我驱动，主动沟通，善于换位思考，随机应变，抗压力强，追求产品质量和流程高效。
5、强烈的进取心和产品主人翁意识。
