任职要求
1. 具备扎实的计算机底层基础，深入理解操作系统、计算机网络、数据结构与算法等核心知识。
2. 熟练掌握Java开发，同时具备Go或Python语言的实际开发经验，能独立用多语言完成底层模块开发。
3. 有底层系统（如中间件、分布式框架、基础库）开发或优化经验者优先。
4. 具备良好的问题分析与解决能力，对技术有钻研精神，能主动应对底层开发中的技术挑战。
