3.基于微服务架构，设计并开发高并发、高安全的后端服务，主导或参与核心功能拆分与服务治理。
4.使用Spring Boot + Spring Cloud全家桶（Gateway、Nacos、Sentinel、Seata、OpenFeign等）构建分布式系统，完成业务逻辑开发与接口对接。
5.负责Docker容器化部署、Kubernetes集群管理、Helm打包及CI/CD流水线优化，提升交付效率。
6.进行系统性能调优、监控告警配置（Prometheus + Grafana）、故障排查与应急响应。
7.参与技术方案评审、代码审查、架构优化，推动团队技术栈统一与实践落地。
8.配合前端、测试、运维、产品团队完成跨部门协作，确保项目按时高质量交付。
【任职要求】
1. 硕士及以上学历，计算机、软件工程专业等。
2. 3年以上Java后端开发经验，金融系统微服务架构开发经验。
3. 具备扎实的Java基础，熟悉主流框架，了解微服务架构及分布式系统设计，熟练使用MySQL/Oracle及Redis.Kafka、RabbitMQ等中间件。
4. 具备良好的系统思维和问题分析能力，能独立主导模块设计、开发。
5.了解银行或互联网金融业务流程、有手机银行等相关开发经验优先。
6.特别优秀者相关条件可适当放宽。
