4、熟练使用mysql等关系型数据库，具有良好的数据库设计能力、sql编写能力、性能调优能力；
5、熟悉linux系统常用操作命令，熟悉nginx、tomcat等类似中间件；
6、有良好的沟通理解能力，责任心强，工作细心踏实；
7、具有良好的抽象设计能力，思路清晰，善于思考，能独立分析和解决问题，责任心强，具备良好的团队合作精神;
8、有微服务开发经验，熟悉分布式、缓存、异步等机制，有分布式系统、集群架构设计和使用经验。
