6、良好的团队协作精神，责任心强，能承受较大的工作压力。

岗位职责：
1、按照业务需求，完成开发任务；
2、参与研发公司应用系统技术方案设计、核心代码交付、技术攻关能力
3、参与原有系统重构及性能优化
4、编写技术设计文档
