You will be expected to:
1. 负责消费品有机实验的日常管理与工作安排。
Responsible fthe daily management work arrangement of the consumer productganic laboratory.
2. 实验室测试数据和记录的审核
Review of laboratory test data records
3. 测试设备的使用及维护（GC-MS, LC-MS，LC-MS/MS, GC-MS/MS等）
Operation maintenance of test equipment (GC-MS, LC-MS, LC-MS/MS, GC-MS/MS, etc.)
4. 新测试方法的开发和验证
Development validation of new test methods
5. 根据标准 或法律法规，编制内部标准操作流程(SOP)
Prepare internal standard operating procedures (SOP) according to standards laws regulations
6. 培训和指导有机实验室的技术人员
Train guideganic laboratory technicians
7. 监督有机实验室的运作，确保实验室按照相关质量管理体系标准和要求运行
Supervise the operation of theganic laboratory to ensure that the laboratory operates in accordance with relevant quality management system standards requirements;
8. 准备与安排外部审核，例如CNAS,CMA, IAS及客户审核等。
Prepare arrange external accreditation, such as CNAS, CMA, IAS customer audits, etc.
9. 持续推进实验室工作流程优化
Continue to promote laboratory workflow optimization
10. 上级安排的其他任务

Requirements:It could be you, if you have:
1. 化学、环境、食品及其相关专业，大学本科及其以上学历，8年以上消费品化学分析实验室工作经验，其中3年以上管理经验。
Chemistry, environment, food related majors, bacheldegree above, more than 8 years of experience in consumer product chemical analysis laboratories, including more than 3 years of management experience.
2. 精通GC，GC-MS, LC-MS，LC-MS/MS, GC-MS/MS等设备操作与维护。
Proficient in the operation maintenance of GC, GC-MS, LC-MS, LC-MS/MS, GC-MS/MS other equipment.
3. 熟悉实验室测质量管理标准，包括 ISO17025/CNAS/IAS 等。
Familiar with laboratory quality management standards, including ISO17025/CNAS/IAS, etc.
4. 良好的英文阅读书写能力Good English reading writing skills
5. 良好的沟通技巧和团队精神，擅长在压力下工作
