岗位职责：
1. Participate in the access assessment on-site audit of new suppliers, evaluate suppliers quality management system, process capability potential risks, so as to ensure suppliers comply with the companys quality requirements. 参与新供应商的准入评估与现场审核，评估供应商的质量体系，制程能力及风险，确保供应商符合公司质量要求 。 2. Carry out material inspection at our factsupplier sites in accordance with drawings, standards sampling plans, archive inspection records . 基于图纸、标准、抽样计划在公司或供应商处实施物料检测工作，并留存检测记录。
3.Take charge of inspection planning fkey components (base, vacuum table, linear guide, camera, light source, board card, etc.), compile component inspection plans. 负责关键零部件（基座、台面、导轨、相机、光源、板卡等）的检验策划，并编制零件检验计划。
4.Cooperate with purchasing, production, engineering R&D teams to rapidly respond to close-loop process abnormalities customer complaints caused by supplier materials. 配合采购、生产、工程、研发团队，对因供应商物料导致的制程异常或客诉问题进行快速响应与闭环。 5.Regularly summarize supplier quality performance, push suppliers to implement corrective preventive actions , follow up verification until issue closure. 定期汇总供应商的质量绩效，推动供应商执行纠正与预防措施，并跟踪验证直至问题闭环。
6. Other duties as assigned by manager. 经理安排的其他工作。
职位要求：
1. Bachelors degree above in mechanical engineering, electronics, automation related fields.
本科及以上学历，机械、电子、自动化等相关专业。
2. Minimum 2 years working experience in SQE supplier quality management; candidates with equipment manufacturing industry experience are preferred.
2年以上SQE或供应商质量管理相关工作经验 ，有设备制造行业背景者优先。
3. Familiar with common product manufacturing processes(machining, wire harness processing, PCBA, sheet metal equipment assembly,etc).
熟悉常规产品的制造工艺（机加工、线束、PCBA、钣金和设备装配等）。
4.Experience with process controls quality tools, such as SPC,PPAP, FMEA, 8D, etc. 具有SPC、PPAP、FMEA、8D等过程控制和质量工具的经验。 5.Familiar with requirements of ISO9001 quality management system; proficient in office software common measuring instruments(multimeter, caliper, micrometer, film thickness gauge, etc). 熟悉ISO9001质量管理体系要求，能熟练使用办公软件及常用的测量仪器（万用表、卡尺、千分尺、膜厚仪等）。
6. Good English reading writing skills.
具备较好的英语读写能力。
