CIMS 售后 jobs (salary & requirements)

岗位职责：
1. 负责按照公司要求的程序和标准在客户现场完成设备安装，维护和维修工作，包含硬件，软件等。
According to the companys required procedures standards, responsible fthe installation, maintenance, repair of equipment at the customers site, including hardware software.
2. 在客户现场调试和优化设备软硬件，提升设备运行效率，提高客户满意度。
Debug optimize hardware software to improve equipment operating efficiency customer satisfaction.
3. 制定客户现场设备预防性保养计划并按时执行。
Make preventive maintenance plan fon-site equipment implement on time.
4. 提供准确、高效的故障解决方案。
Provide accurate efficient trouble shooting solutions.
5. 跟踪并及时反馈客户现场设备运行状况，收集客户需求和建议提供给公司内部参考。
Track timely feedback the status of on-site equipment to customers, collected customer requirements suggestions transfer to RD freference.
6. 按照公司要求完成各项日常工作。
Completed daily work as required by the company.
7. 配合公司管理体系运行，履行管理体系本职位的相关职责。
Cooperate with the operation of the company management system, perform the related responsibilities of the management system.

任职条件：
1. 本科学历，电子、机械、计算机科学等相关专业。
University graduate on Electronics/Mechanical/Computer Science equivalent.
2. 1-3年设备维护、技术支持或相关领域的工作经验。
1-3 years of work experience in equipment maintenance, technical support related field.
3. 良好的英语口语和书面表达能力。
Good commof spoken written English local language.
4. 熟练使用Word, Excel等办公软件。
Familiar with Windows Word, Excel other common PC applications.
5. 适应国内出差要求。
Domestic traveling is required.
