岗位职责：
1、依据国家有关法律、法规及技术标准，建立并完善以安全生产责任制为中心的公司职业安全卫生管理规章制度，并对有关规章制度的执行落实予监督检查。
2、编制公司安全管理工作规划，健全完善安全管理基础资料，做到齐全、实用、规格化，主持本公司安全生产宣传教育活动。
3、熟悉掌握本公司安全生产现状。了解公司生产工艺、设备状况及各种不安全不卫生因素，定期组织安全检查，及时发现事故隐患，督促整改安全隐患，对公司安全生产的薄弱环节及重大危险源点的变化情况进行监控，随时向公司领导提出事故隐患情况及整改建议。
4、公司发生伤亡事故，须积极组织抢救伤员，并根据国家规定进行事故调查处理、统计和报告，同时总结事故教训，落实防范措施。
5、参与制订、修订公司有关安全生产管理制度和安全技术操作规程，并检查执行情况。
6、落实公司安全设备、灭火器材、防护器材和急救器具的管理；掌握车间工作环境情况，提出改进意见和建议。
8、每天要深入现场检查，及时发现隐患，制止违章作业。在紧急情况下对不听劝阻者，可停止其工作，并立即报请领导处理。检查落实特殊作业安全措施，确保特殊作业安全。
任职要求：
1、本科以上学历，化学化工及安全相关专业；
2、5年以上医药化工厂经验。
3、熟悉医药化工基本的相关安全生产管理体系
