岗位职责：
1、负责智能制造核心系统（MES/WMS/LIMS）的后端设计、开发与迭代，保障系统高并发、高可用；
2、深入医药生产与仓储业务，依据GMP规范实现工单管理、批次追溯、电子批记录、仓库作业等核心模块；
3、解决海量数据查询、高并发场景下性能瓶颈，设计高效数据存储与处理方案。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，3年以上Java开发经验，至少1年MES/WMS/LIMS等智能制造相关系统开发经验；
2、精通Spring Boot/Cloud、MyBatis，掌握MySQL调优与复杂事务处理；
3、了解分布式架构设计，具备RabbitMQ消息中间件及Docker容器化技术的实际使用经验；
4、具备基本前端开发能力，熟悉VUE、SmartView等前端开发框架；
5、熟练使用Claude Code等AI辅助代码开发工具；
6、责任心强、熟悉化工制药相关信息化系统优先。
