一：岗位职责
1、负责公司物联网相关平台的开发和维护工作，根据项目具体要求，承担开发
任务，按计划完成任务目标；
2、配合/负责软件系统及模块的需求调研及需求分析，参与需求评审；
3、根据开发进度和任务分配，完成相应模块软件的设计、开发、编程任务；
4、协助测试人员对软件系统及模块进行测试工作，根据测试报告，修改 BUG；
5、根据公司质量管理的要求，负责编制与项目相关的技术文档，确保文档的完
整和规范；
6、及时向技术总监汇报开发过程中遇到的问题以及需要的开发资源，以确保项
目的顺利进行；
二：任职要求
1、计算机、软件、电子信息、通信等相关专业优先；
2、3-5 年以上 JAVA 开发经验，能快速定位和解决系统中的性能方面问题；
3、熟悉 SpringBoot,SpringMVC,MyBatis/iBatis,Hibernate 等常用开源框架，
4、熟悉多线程,分布式锁，分布式事务，有上述技术的实际开发经验，基于关
系型数据库，分布式缓存，消息中间件等技术构建高可用高并发应用的经验；
5、熟悉 Tcp/Ip、http 协议，熟悉网络编程。熟悉 Netty，Mina 等 NIO 开发框
架（Optional）。熟悉 MQTT 等物联网通讯协议；
6、熟悉 MySQL 或acle 等关系数据库及其性能优化，能独立设计高负荷的数
据结构，熟悉 Memcached , Redis、EhCache 等缓存的特性；
7、熟悉 MongoDB、RabbitMq/ActiveMQ、Zookeeper/Curat等分布式解决方案
等优先；
8、具备良好的沟通表达能力和学习能力，具有团队协作精神和追求卓越的精
神；
9、有系统架构设计经验者优先。
