岗位职责：
1、负责系统架构设计和IT技术研究工作，并撰写相关技术文档；
2、配合产品经理进行需求调研，评估需求的可行性及资源需求，并进行概要设计及详细设计。
3、负责JAVA后端部分开发，兼顾技术的稳定性和先进性,持续提升系统性能，扫除技术风险；
4、主导前后端联调工作，制定必要的整改方案；
5、关注后端前沿技术研究，通过新技术驱动产品发展；
任职资格：
1、本科及以上学历，3年以上java开发经验，计算机相关专业优先；
2、有2年以上中大型互联网系统架构设计或领导开发经验；
3、精通服务化、微服务，主导或参与过相关架构设计和实施，熟悉高并发、高可用、可扩展的技术方案
4、对系统架构有比较体系化的掌握，熟悉常用中间件的设计原理、服务治理、过载保护、熔断降级等高可用架构理念；
5、具备代码调优、系统重构经验；
7、精通java语言，熟悉jvm、gc，并了解相关原理；
8、具备良好的团队沟通协作意识，协调统筹能力；
