岗位职责：
1、参与项目前期弱电系统方案的评审，协助审核弱电系统施工图纸、深化设计；
2、全面负责施工现场弱电工程的进度、质量、安全及成本控制；协调施工单位、监理及各分包单位，确保弱电工程与其他专业（如强电、暖通、装修）的顺利配合；
3、组织并参与各弱电子系统的单体调试、系统联动调试和试运行，
4、组织工程竣工验收，准备相关技术文档，完成系统移交。
5、负责项目交付后弱电系统的日常维护、巡检、故障排查和应急处理。
6、负责整理和归档所有弱电系统的图纸、技术资料、操作手册及竣工资料；建立和维护系统设备台账。
7、为物业及运营部门提供技术培训和支持。
岗位要求：
1、自动化、电子信息、计算机、楼宇智能化等相关专业。
2、具备3年以上商业项目（写字楼、商场、酒店等）弱电工程实施或运维管理经验。
3、精通核心系统：必须熟练掌握以下至少3-4个系统的原理、配置和调试（如综合布线系统、安防监控系统（视频监控、门禁、报警）、网络及无线覆盖系统、公共广播/背景音乐系统、楼宇自控系统等）
4、了解相关系统：对会议系统、信息发布、停车场管理、机房工程等有基本了解。
5、能熟练阅读和审核CAD图纸，具备基本的图纸深化能力。
