岗位职责：
1、通过用户调研和数据分析明确产品定位，输出产品需求文档（PRD）和原型设计，定义功能优先级并规划产品迭代路线。
2、制定项目开发计划并协调开发、测试等团队资源，确保按时交付。
3、通过行业调研和竞品分析制定产品差异化策略，拓展新方向。
4、负责产品资料编写及技术文档维护，配合市场、销售团队进行产品推广培训。
5、负责产品架构设计，能够指导团队成员编码。
6、管理开发团队，目标导向，按时高质完成既定节点。
任职要求：
1、大学本科及以上学历，有工业软件产品经理工作经验者优先考虑；
2、能独立完成完成产品原型、MRD、PRD、方案设计，熟练使用产品设计类软件；
3、有扎实的面向对象的编程能力，有五年以上的JAVA、Javascript开发经验；
4、有较好的沟通协作能力和产品创新力，具有较好的书面和口头表达能力；
5、有深厚的架构设计能力，能够理解复杂代码，快速定位问题。
优先录用：
1、985/211高校优先，有嵌入式基础优先。
2、有软件测试产品开发经验的优先，如单元测试工具等。
