上市后监督质量专员（PMS）

岗位职责：
1.建立、维护并持续改进公司上市后监督（PMS）体系流程，确保符合国内外法规要求（如中国NMPA、欧盟MDR、美国FDA等）；
2.负责客户投诉的调查、分析和处理，组织协调相关部门进行原因分析，并跟踪纠正预防措施（CAPA）的执行与有效性验证。同时负责不良事件的收集和评估，按规定上报至药监部门；
3.持续监测并分析上市后质量数据（如投诉趋势、不良事件、返修数据等），识别潜在风险并形成定期风险评估报告等；
4.协调产品上市后的定期风险评估，确保产品风险收益比始终可控；
5.协助质量体系的完善及相关工作，应对药监部门或第三方机构的外部审计，参与公司的内部审核；
6.完成上级交代的其他任务。
任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，理工科相关专业，生物工程、制药、电子、机械、材料、检测等专业优先；
2. 至少2年以上医疗器械企业的质量体系，上市后产品监督的相关岗位经验；有三类植入式器械或有源器械相关产品的工作经验优先；
3. 熟悉医疗器械行业相关质量体系（如GMP、ISO13485、ISO14971等），熟悉欧盟MDR、IVDR、美国FDA，QSR等国外市场上市后监督和不良事件报告流程者优先；
4. 英语四级以上，具体良好的英文阅读和翻译能力；
5.工作积极主动，踏实认真负责，具有独立思考的能力，能发现问题并提出改善意见；
6. 具有良好的职业道德，能坚持原则，具备一定的质量和风险意识。
7. 持ISO 13485 内审员证书优先。
8. 经验丰富及能力较强可聘为工程师级别。
工作地点：在黄埔区崖鹰石路为主（神舟路地铁站附近），部分时间需要到生物岛（官洲地铁站附近）。
