3.对优化方面有非常深入的了解负责u3d项目架构设计、性能调试。完成unity3d项目架构设计及开发并制作程序编程规范；
4.对策划案进行系统设计以及工作量分析；
5.具备良好的执行力和抗压能力，具备高度的合作精神和工作热情，准确理解工作需求并高效完成；
6.年龄不超过40岁。
