About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled versatile SAP Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in either SAP SuccessFactors (with a focus on Learning, Succession & Development, Performance & Goals) SAP HCM (with a focus on Payroll, Time Management, Master Data,ganizational Management). A professional capable of implementing solutions in both areas will be considered exceptional. You will be responsible fleading implementations, optimizing systems, ensuring our HR technology stack aligns with business objectives delivers maximum value.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead end-to-end implementation, configuration, enhancement projects feither SAP SuccessFactors modules (Learning, Succession & Development, Performance & Goals) core SAP HCM modules (Payroll, Time Management, OM, PA).
2. Act as a trusted advisto clients, analyzing business requirements, designing best-practice solutions, mapping them to system functionalities in your area of expertise.
3. Configure optimize the relevant SAP systems to ensure accurate payroll processing, efficient time management, effective talent development cycles, robustganizational structures.
4. Prepare deliver key project deliverables, including business blueprint documents, configuration specifications, test scripts, training materials, project status reports fstakeholders.
5. Build sustain strong relationships with all stakeholders; ensure high user adoption satisfaction by delivering solutions that improve process efficiency, data integrity, user experience.
6. Support pre-sales activities by contributing to proposals, conducting solution demonstrations, scoping project efforts; identify opportunities fexpanding SAP services within existing client engagements.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 5 years of hands-on consulting experience in either SAP SuccessFactors (Learning, Succession & Development, Performance & Goals) SAP HCM (Payroll, Time Management, Master Data,ganizational Management). Candidates with proven experience in both areas are highly preferred.
2. Successful participation in at least 3 full-cycle implementation projects in your primary module specialty, from blueprint to go-live support.
3. Proven track record of configuring complex business rules, workflows, integrations within your domain of expertise (e.g., complex payroll schemas, time evaluation rules, learning ecosystems, performance form templates).
4. Strong analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs functional technical specifications.
5. Excellent communication interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to explain complex concepts clearly to both technical non-technical audiences.
6. Fluency in spoken written English is a mandatory requirement.
7. Bachelors degree higher in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, a related field.
