岗位职责：？
1.负责对风机及系统的设计提供仿真校核，具体包括：结构强度、疲劳强度，耐久寿命、热和噪音、结构模态等，并输出技术报告；
2.负责使用仿真分析方法指导研发设计，进行方案的定性、定量分析，以减少产品验证风险和缩短验证周期；
3.负责FEA相关软硬件的能力搭建；
4.负责FEA工作相关标准以及流程的制定与持续优化；
5.负责建立FEA分析资料数据库，持续完善模型；为产品设计开发阶段的提案提供依据。
6.安排的其他工作。
任职要求：
1.硕士学历，机械设计或力学等相关专业，振动噪声尤佳。
2.2年以上的FEA仿真经验，有风机、水泵、或同类产品的开发经验尤佳。
3.熟练相关的仿真分析软件和三维设计软件；
4.能看懂风机英文专业资料，并能进行英语顺畅沟通，通过CET-6；
5.严谨细心，沉稳耐心，具备良好的抗压力，工作敬业，有责任心。
