5、对会计报表进行财务分析，向直接上级提出控制和管理的重点；
6、日常单据的审核、日常软件操作指导、问题解答；
7、对日常会计工作的监督管理；
8、负责组织公司资产的清查活动，盘点差异的审核汇总；
9、对下属实行工作指导、技能培训和绩效考核。
岗位要求：
1、30-35岁，5年以上企业财务工作经验，有pbc行业工作经历者优先考虑；
2、财务管理类相关专业本大专以上学历，会计初级以上职称；
3、熟悉财务流程和相关税务知识及法律法规，熟练金蝶财务软件；
4、为人正直、责任心强、作风严谨、工作仔细认真；
5、较强的成本管理、风险控制和财务分析的能力；
6、良好的组织、协调、沟通能力，和团队协作精神，能承受较大工作压力。
