2.理解和掌握邦道常用架构设计、性能优化、高可用保障理念，并能灵活运用于各类架构系统的优化；围绕全面钱包业务体系，协同多方资源，与业务/平台应用等多方团队进行方案设计和推动项目进度，深度参与核心功能的设计、开发、测试、上线全过程，以及线上数据分析、功能迭代优化、疑难问题解决，保证项目质量和业务结果。
3.对现存或未来系统进行宏观的思考，规划形成统一的框架、平台或组件；跟踪前沿技术和理念，用创新的思路方法解决业务带来的技术挑战。通过技术手段驱动业务变化，深挖业务潜力，扩展业务边界。

我们希望你能具备：

1.计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，有5～10年及以上丰富的大型软件项目开发项目经验。
2.Java基础扎实，理解IO、多线程、集合等基础框架，对JVM原理有一定的了解；熟悉面向对象设计开发。
3.熟悉开源框架(Spring/SpringMVC/iBatis)，并且对其核心思想、实现原理有一定认知；对主流关系型数据库或者非关系型数据库中的一种有较丰富的使用经验；
4.熟悉分布式系统的设计和应用，熟悉分布式、缓存、消息、搜索、推荐等机制；能对分布式常用技术进行合理应用，解决问题；
5.良好的团队协作能力和沟通能力，有自驱力，有责任感；思路清晰，抗压能力强，能够带领和帮助项目组成员高效完成工作。
6.具备云服务（比如：AWS、阿里云）及容器化技术（Docker/Kubernetes）实战经验；
7.*好对财务、支付、金融等感兴趣，或者有一定的业务经验；
8.良好的团队协作能力和沟通能力，有自驱力，有责任感；思路清晰，抗压能力强，能够和团队磨合高效完成工作。
