1、承担设计中大型规模、高难度、具有开创性的自动化生产线软件部分的售前方案，并提供相关技术支持；
2、承担设计中大型规模、高难度、具有开创性的自动化生产线软件控制及测量模块，并对该项目进行项目管理、技术把关工作，确保项目研发进度如期推进；
3、整体规划大型非标自动化项目的技术工作，制定项目研发计划，对企业内部他人负责的项目进行技术评审和把关；
4、主导项目的需求分析，提出测试和软件的设计方案；
5、对电气元件、传感器、数据采集等硬件的选型、采购进行把关；
6、带领团队完成项目的上位机软件开发、调试；
7、指导培训低职级工程师的测控系统设计开发能力；
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，电气、自动化、测控技术等相关背景专业；
2、3年以上测控系统电气软件设计开发经验，具备较强的创新能力、方案设计能力；
3、熟练应用Labview编程技术，精通基于工业PC架构的数据采集与控制技术；
4、熟悉各种常用传感器及检测技术，熟练掌握伺服、步进、气动元件等电气元件的工作原理、选型及设计；
5、主持过自动化检测设备的方案设计、项目开发及现场调试。
6、良好的沟通协调能力与团队管理能力；
7、能适应一定程度的出差。
备注：有非标自动化行业或相近行业设备开发设计经验者优先。
