岗位职责
1，负责业财一体化相关系统的开发，根据业务与财务需求，独立完成产品功能开发，确保业务流程与财务流程的逻辑闭环对接（如订单-收入-成本-税务数据链路贯通）；
2，对现有业财一体化系统进行性能优化，提升财务数据处理的准确性、实时性与一致性，保障系统稳定性及高并发场景下的扩展性；
3，协助团队攻克业财场景下的技术难点（如多系统数据同步、财务合规性校验、业财数据对账等），推动技术方案落地；
4，参与代码审核与技术文档编写，确保代码质量符合规范，支持系统长期可维护性。
任职要求
1，全日制本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，2-5年 Java 开发经验，能独立负责模块化需求开发；
2，扎实的Java基础（集合、多线程、IO等），熟练使用 Spring、SpringBoot、Mybatis 等框架，并深入理解其底层原理；
3，熟练掌握 MySQL、MongoDB 等主流数据库，具备SQL调优能力，能处理高并发财务数据场景；
4，掌握JVM调优、缓存、消息中间件等核心技术，有分布式、大数据量系统开发经验者优先；
5，责任心强，沟通能力突出，能快速理解业务与财务逻辑，具备跨部门协作及抗压能力；
6，具有业财一体化系统开发经验（如ERP财务模块、财务共享中心、业财融合平台等），熟悉财务业务流程（总账、应收应付、成本核算等）者优先；
