岗位职责：
1、参与系统框架设计，承担核心代码编写;
2、负责项目的设计、开发工作，能独立完成；
3、参与需求讨论和梳理，并提供技术可行性建议；
4、持续优化系统性能、解决疑难故障问题、做好代码调优等工作；
5、参与系统文档、技术文档编写等相关工作。
岗位要求：
1、有3-5年工作经验，本科及以上学历；
2、独立承担过后台管理系统、CRM系统、GIS系统等开发项目优先；
3、精通PHP，熟练掌握MySQL、Redis、Sphinx、Memcache等相关数据库，熟悉掌握HTML、CSS、JavaScript、JQuery、Ajax、XML、JSON等基础前端技术;
4、熟悉掌握常用PHP开发框架，如Laravel、Yaf等，掌握多种常用的设计模式，能熟练运用面向对象原则和设计模式；
5、思路清晰，善于思考，能独立分析和解决问题，对代码的质量和性能有追求;
6、有良好的团队合作意识，能承受一定的工作压力;
7、熟悉掌握Git、svn等版本管理工具；
8、了解掌握Linux、LinuxShell、Nginx，熟悉掌握常见Web安全防护技术;
9、有较强的学习能力和沟通能力，能快速融入团队，具备较强的执行能力。
