岗位职责：
1.负责变电方向相关软件技术架构设计和文档编写，以及参与其他人员的设计评审
2.负责变电方向主子站软件产品后端服务端编程开发，以及指导java开发组其他成员解决技术问题
3.负责变电方向移动端产品APP后端服务开发，以及研究移动在线新技术应用和性能提升
4.负责变电方向0-1主子站产品试点现场的调试部署，以及公司机房开发环境的运维
5.负责协助开发部门主管提升java开发团队的能力成熟度，以及创新新技术研究的规划和落地

任职要求：
1.精通java开发语言，掌握多线程、集合等开发技术
2.精通基本数据结构并熟练使用，掌握windows和linux环境编程
3.精通maven、springboot、springmvc等开发框架，掌握restful api开发
4.精通mybatis持久层，掌握mysql等主流数据库开发及SQL优化
5.必须具备电力行业变电方向工作经验和掌握相关基本知识，二次运检专业相关者优先
6.具备数据分析、数据治理等工作经验优先，具备软件系统设计经验优先
7.全日制本科以上学历，5年以上工作经验，有 ai 应用经验的优先。
