职位描述
1. 深入理解业务需求，提供具体问题的解决方案；
2. 负责项目的需求分析、概要设计、详细设计、功能开发、功能测试等工作；
3. 负责后期的日常系统维护，发现系统存在问题并持续优化改进
4. 进行项目调研和外部沟通工作，为团队提供有价值的建议和决策支持，配合团队完成其它工作；
任职要求：
1. 三年以上java、python研发经验，基础扎实，有一定数据结构、常用算法基础和并发编码经验；
2. 精通任意一种数据库、缓存相关技术和使用；有node.js开发经验、对低代码系统有一定开发经验者或使用经验优先；
3. 了解大模型提示词（Prompt）、RAG、智能体（Agent）等相关技术，熟悉大模型应用开发流程，能够独立进行技术研究和攻关优先；
4. 有良好的团队合作及抗压能力，有强烈的主人翁意识推进事务进展；
5. 思路清晰、积极思考、能独立分析或解决需求或技术问题，有规划能力、善于沟通解决问题者优先；
