主要职责
1、理解客户品质要求，建立并完善质量标准和产品标准，并推动落地执行；
i) 产前与业务、技术、生产等部门充分沟通和澄清，统一产品标准；
ii) 过程中核对检查结果，纠正产品标准；
iii) 推动检查方法的持续改善；
iv) 针对客户和品牌的品质要求，不断总结、完善和沉淀质量标准；

2、建立和完善质量管理体系，并监控落地实施，满足客户品质要求，不断提升产品正品率；
i) 制定质量方针、政策、措施和目标，建立质量管理体系和流程，建立标准化检验方法、动作、SOP等检验标准；
ii) 现场落实品控要求，确保检验按照规范执行，针对质量关键工序建立控制标准和检查管控方法，按要求监控标准执行，及时正确出具检验报告；
iii) 建立针对客户反馈的品质问题，定期组织整改落实；
iv) 现场检查发现质量问题，组织分析和采取有效行动，跟踪问题整改和质量绩效改善；
v) 组织公司的年度质量培训，不断提升员工质量意识，建设公司质量文化；

3、负责质量团队的专业化管理，不断提升公司质量保障能力；

4、及时完成上级委派的其他任务。

需要的经验、知识及技能
1.扎实的全面服装质量管理知识，至少5年以上服装生产及质量管理经验，有东南亚工厂质量管理经验更佳；
2.对时装产品有良好的理解能力和产品质量判定能力；
3.可英语读写及日常沟通交流；
4.较强的沟通组织协调能力，较强的质量原则性及责任心；
5.适应长期出差。
